Monday

Cardio: 20 minutes treadmill run hiit session (alternating speeds - 2 minutes running 8 mph, 1 minute walking at 4.4 mph w/ incline on level 15) + 40 minutes light jog, 6 mph

Legs + Butt:

Standing bench lunches (with barbell on back) 12 reps x 4 sets

Barbell Squat - 20 reps x 5 sets
